This Ending was firstborn under the name The Plague and began when the ex-members from A Canorous Quintet – Fredrik Andersson, Linus Nirbrant and Mårten Hansen joined forces at the end of 2004.
Songs were written, songs were recorded and suddenly they were on a whole other musical travel than they have ever experienced before. From these sessions, three songs were selected to be recorded for a demo entitled Let the world burn.
The band got a deal on Metal Blade Records and recorded their first album, the critically acclaimed Inside the Machine, in September 2006. Now, for the first time, these previously unreleased demo versions are released as a strictly limited digi package on CD.
